One of the reasons why your workouts should be consistent is that once you stopped, even just for a week or so, it’ll take effort to drag yourself to the gym, or outside, if you’re into running. You may also want to reward yourself with something after every workout, just as long as it doesn’t involve overindulging.

As the saying goes, “the hardest lift of all is lifting your butt off the couch.” But I hope these ways to motivate yourself are enough tips to get yourself going!
