Ingredients
- 1 ½ teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 ½ pounds broccoli, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Whisk together vinegar, brown sugar, and olive oil.
- Spread out broccoli and garlic onto a sheet pan and toss with vinaigrette and plenty of salt and pepper.
- Roast for 25 minutes, giving the pan a shake midway through.
