The first example: you have to eat less to lose weight. It is essential to take note of your portions for every meal because it’s part of an effective diet. However, when you’re trying to maintain a good weight, dieting doesn’t mean starving yourself. It’s just that you have to eat small frequent meals to keep you satisfied.
The second example: carbohydrates make you fat. The key to controlling your weight when eating this type of food is to consume whole-grain carbs to regulate your blood sugars.

Larry Getlen says that the Journal of the American Medical Association’s Internal Medicine has released a publication that most of peoples beliefs about nutrition may not be based from scientific ideas. He sums up that because of the food industry’s involvement on certain studies, it led to those beliefs that thrive until today.
