This week, we’ll be celebrating Thanksgiving with our families and loved ones. And on that day, we will be doing lots of things — probably going out for a quick run, cooking, laughing, drinking some wine, playing some games. But something we will not be doing come Thursday is counting calories or obsessively worrying about burning off that pumpkin pie. In fact, you won’t see us doing that any day of year — because life is too darn short to spend it obsessing about a perfect diet or a number on the scale.
