You know how we’ve said before that if you want to really reach your fitness goals you have to do this? And you know how I’m personally working on this? Well, in yet another fun twist of fate (Sheryl and Coach Ryan, you must be creating workouts at the Fit Pit just to mess with me, haha), I recently did these two workouts.
