There are people at the gym who grab a Stairmaster and go to town for an hour. They usually have killer bums. But I am not those people. While I love running stairs outside, the stepmill gets tedious quickly. Not to mention that without a break, my biscuits get burning really fast. When I want to give the Stairmaster some love, this is my go-to workout.
