We already know that the two most important things to adjust when trying to build muscle is your diet and workout. So there’s no really best or worst approach to packing on muscle, because the truth is, your development relies on your determination and consistency in both your diet and workouts. But sometimes, it depends on your body type, too. So just keep working out and see what’s working for you.
