Some are actually used way back in the old age when there are no such things as antibiotics.
Herbs boost metabolism, curb cravings, detoxify the kidney, stabilize blood circulation, and so much more. They also protect your body from diseases like cancer, diabetes and heart disease.

There are so many herbs all men should be using because of their remarkable benefits. They make really good dishes, too, so if you’re not a herb-lover, you should be! You can add cilantro leaves onto burgers, basil into salads and mashed potatoes, and parsley to scrambled eggs. However, if you don’t want to add them in your meals, you can also consume them as tea. Add honey or lemon to add more flavour.
To keep them fresh, you may wrap them in a paper towel, seal in a plastic bag that has room for air, and then put them in the fridge. They will remain fresh for up to five days. You can also grow your own at home!
Note, though, that you should not consume any herb without consulting your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or if you have food allergies.
