The Christmas Spirit has been Located in the Brain

Christmas is right around the corner – the most wonderful time of the year. I know most of you are going crazy on last minute shopping, looking for recipes to prepare for the evening party, buying gifts for loved ones, among other traditions you have during this season.

And of course, who doesn’t love the nostalgic, mellow feeling you get when it’s fast approaching? Just by thinking about carols, bright lights, mistletoe, gingerbread cookies, the sweet scent of cinnamon lattes…
